About this item

• TINMORRY PETG-CF is a composite material consisting of PETG and 15% professionally processed short-cut carbon fiber masterbatch. The new exclusive formula greatly improved printing quality by reducing nozzle clogging and clumping compared to traditional PETG, and it also has a very good Z-adhesion.
• Please note: 1. The same color of PETG-CF has slightly different effects (Shiny or Matt) on different print models. 2. Different resolutions and devices may result in slightly different color displays!
• Very easy to print with BAMBU FDM 3D printer, almost no warping. Lightweight and durable, suitable for applications requiring torsional, tensile, and impact strength. It is an ideal material for drone parts, racing models, and various functional parts.
• Tips: 1. Dry before use for the highest print quality (65 °C, 8 h). Printing and Keeping Container's Humidity < 20% RH (Sealed, with Desiccant). 2. Do not use conventional brass nozzles! As the filament contains real carbon fibers, you have to use wear-resistant steel nozzles (≥ 0.4 mm; 0.6 mm is better). 3. To get stronger Z-adhesion, please set a higher infill density and use an enclosed printer; lower the fan percentage to avoid overcooling. 4. Containing 15% professionally processed short-cut carbon fiber masterbatch (NOT carbon fiber powder). Be sure to wear protective equipment when you cut, sand, grind, or saw something made with CF/GF filaments, as carbon fiber dust will be created!
• Suggested temperature range for printing: 240℃-270℃, bed temperature: 75℃-90℃. Disable cooling fan for layers 1-3. If using Bambu P1P or X1, nozzle temperature should be 260 degrees or higher.
• Compatibility and High-Speed Printing: Supports high-speed 3D printing and can print at a speed of 300 mm/s, 3-5 times faster than other brands of Petg-CF filament. Compatible with BAMBU LAB, Creality K1C, QIDI MAX3, FLASHFORGE Adventurer 5M, Prusa MK4, VORON, and AnkerMake M5C FDM 3D Printer.
